The system extracts important information such as skills, education, and experience to identify suitable candidates. It allows recruiters to upload and process multiple resumes at a time, reducing manual effort and saving time. The system also provides a PDF downloadable option for the results, enabling recruiters to easily review and manage ranked candidate lists.
